Washing Private Parts and Doing Wudoo for Excessive Madhi

SUMMARY: The hadith is about how Ali was too shy to ask the Prophet (PBUH) about his excessive madhi, so he asked al-Miqdad who advised him to wash his private parts and do wudoo.

'Ali said: I was a man who emitted a great deal of madhi and I felt too shy to ask the Prophet about that because of his daughter, so I told al-Miqdad to ask him and he said: 'Let him wash his private part and testicles and do wudoo’.
