Musnad Ahmad 855 (Book 5, Hadith 284) #34510
Cursing Those Who Disobey Allah

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) cursed those who slaughter in the name of something other than Allah, give refuge to an offender, curse their parents and change boundary markers.

It was narrated that Abut-Tufail said: We said to 'Ali: Tell us of something that the Messenger of Allah told you in secret. He said: He did not tell me anything in secret that he concealed from the people, but I heard him say: 'May Allah curse the one who slaughters in the name of something other than Allah, may Allah curse the one who gives refuge to an offender, may Allah curse the one who curses his parents and may Allah curse the one who changes the boundary markers".

QUICK LESSONS:
Obey Allah's commands, respect others' rights and property.

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught us that it is important to obey Allah and His commands. He cursed those who disobey Him by slaughtering in the name of something other than Allah, giving refuge to an offender, cursing their parents and changing boundary markers. This hadith teaches us that we should not do any of these things as they are considered wrong in Islam. We should also be careful not to hurt or harm anyone else's property or rights as this is also considered a sin according to Islamic teachings.
