EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet's concession to Al-'Abbas bin 'Abdul-Muttalib, allowing him to pay zakah in advance. Zakat is an obligatory charity that Muslims must give from their wealth each year. It is one of the five pillars of Islam and it helps those who are less fortunate than us. In this hadith, the Prophet showed mercy and kindness by granting a concession for Al-'Abbas bin 'Abdul-Muttalib to pay his zakat in advance. This teaches us that we should be generous and kind towards others, even if it means making a sacrifice or going out of our way for them. We should also remember that Allah rewards those who are generous with their wealth and time, so we should strive to be like this as well.
