Participate in religious activities with joy; Refrain from fasting at certain times such as Eid or other special occasions like Hajj; Eat and drink during these times instead; Follow what Prophet Muhammad advised us to do.

This hadith speaks about the importance of eating and drinking during the days of Hajj. It was narrated from 'Amr bin Sulaim az-Zuraqi that his mother said she heard someone shouting that the Messenger of Allah was saying "Do not fast, for these are days of eating and drinking." The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advised people to eat and drink during this time as it is a time for celebration. He wanted people to enjoy themselves while performing their religious duties. This hadith teaches us that we should take part in religious activities with joy rather than feeling burdened by them. We should also remember that fasting is an important part of our faith but there are certain times when we should refrain from fasting such as during Eid or other special occasions like Hajj.
