Choose wise leaders , set a good example , have strong moral values .

This hadith is about following the example of leaders. It was narrated by 'Ali bin Abi Talib that he heard from the Messenger of Allah that people tend to follow those in power, whether they are righteous or evil. This means that if a leader is good and does good things, then people will also do good things; but if a leader is bad and does bad things, then people will also do bad things. Therefore, it is important for us to choose our leaders wisely so that we can be sure we are following someone who will lead us in the right direction. We should look for someone who has strong moral values and who sets a good example for others to follow.
