Praying Two Rak'ahs of Fajr

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to pray two rak'ahs of Fajr when the iqamah was given.

It was narrated that 'Ali (رضي الله عنه) said: The Messenger of Allah used to pray the two rak'ahs of Fajr when the iqamah was given.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، وَحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْ الْفَجْرِ عِنْدَ الْإِقَامَةِ‏.‏
