Take responsibility for your actions; Provide love & support; Be accountable for your decisions in life

This hadith is about the ownership of children. It was narrated from 'Umar bin al Khattab that the Messenger of Allah said that a child belongs to the woman's husband or master. This means that if a woman has a child with her husband or master then they are responsible for taking care of and raising the child. The responsibility lies with them and not with anyone else. This hadith teaches us that it is important to take responsibility for our actions and be accountable for our decisions in life. We should also strive to provide love and support for those who depend on us such as our children.
