Sunan Ibn Majah 4263 (Book 37, Hadith 164) #33619
The Appointed Time of Death

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ taught that when a person's appointed time of death is near, Allah will cause them to go to the place where they will die and on the Day of Resurrection, the earth will testify to this.

It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin Mas’ud that the Prophet said: "If the appointed time of death of anyone of you is in a certain land, some need will cause him to go there, then when he reaches the furthest point that it is decreed he will reach, Allah takes (his soul). And on the Day of Resurrection the earth will say: 'My Lord, this is what You entrusted to me.’"
