Constantly seek repentance and ask for mercy

This hadith speaks about the blessings of asking for forgiveness from Allah. It was narrated by Abdullah bin Abbas that the Messenger of Allah said, “Whoever persists in asking for forgiveness, Allah will grant him relief from every worry, and a way out from every hardship, and will grant him provision from sources he could never imagine”. This means that if one constantly seeks repentance and asks for mercy then they can expect to be relieved of their worries and hardships as well as receive sustenance in ways they could have never imagined. This is an assurance given by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ that if we turn to Him with sincere repentance then He will take care of us in ways we cannot even fathom. We should therefore strive to make du’a regularly so that we can benefit from this promise made by our beloved Prophet ﷺ.
