The Blessing of Humility in Correspondence

SUMMARY: Dusting one's writings is a sign of humility and brings good results.

It was narrated from Jabir that the Messenger of Allah said: "Put dust on your writings, because it is better, and dust is blessed (being humble in correspondence brings good results)".
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ ـ قَالَ ‏ "‏ تَرِّبُوا صُحُفَكُمْ أَنْجَحُ لَهَا إِنَّ التُّرَابَ مُبَارَكٌ
