Wearing Sandals While Standing Forbidden

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad forbade wearing sandals while standing.

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: "The Messenger of Allah forbade putting on sandals whilst standing".
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ ـ أَنْ يَنْتَعِلَ الرَّجُلُ قَائِمًا
