The Significance of Blowing in Ruqyah

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ used to blow when performing Ruqyah.

It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Prophet used to blow when performing Ruqyah.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ الرَّقِّيُّ، وَسَهْلُ بْنُ أَبِي سَهْلٍ، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ ـ كَانَ يَنْفِثُ فِي الرُّقْيَةِ

According to the hadith narrated by 'Aishah, the Prophet (ﷺ) used to blow when performing ruqyah.
