Turn to Allah in times of difficulty, Be kind towards those who are suffering from illness or pain

This hadith is about how the Prophet Muhammad used to recite a special prayer called the Muawwidhat when he was ill. He would also blow on himself while reciting it, hoping that it would bring him healing. His wife Aisha also used to help by reciting this prayer over him and wiping his hands with her own hands in order to bring blessings upon him.
