Take care for oneself, prioritize one's wellbeing even during religious obligations such as Hajj or Umrah .

This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's practice during his time as a pilgrim or Muhrim. It states that he underwent cupping or Hijamah on the middle part of his head at Lahyi Jamal.
