EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith, narrated by 'Ali, tells us that cupping is a beneficial practice. Cupping, also known as al-hijamah or hijama, is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a cup is placed on the skin to create suction. It has been used for centuries to treat various ailments such as headaches and back pain. The Prophet Muhammad recommended cupping specifically in two veins at the side and base of the neck. This suggests that cupping can be used to treat illnesses related to these areas such as sore throats or stiff necks. In addition, it may help improve overall health by stimulating blood flow and removing toxins from the body.
