Drinking Water from a Water Skin

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad forbade drinking directly from the mouth of a water skin.

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said: "The Messenger of Allah forbade drinking (directly) from the mouth of a water skin".
حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ أَبُو بِشْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ ـ نَهَى أَنْ يُشْرَبَ مِنْ فَمِ السِّقَاءِ
