EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us that when it comes to punishing someone, the limit should not exceed ten whips. This hadith is a reminder for us to practice mercy and compassion even when we are disciplining someone. We must remember that Allah is the Most Merciful and He has commanded us to show mercy towards one another. Therefore, we must strive to follow His commands and show mercy in all our dealings with others. Furthermore, this hadith teaches us that even if someone has done something wrong or deserves punishment for their actions, we should still try our best not to go overboard with the punishment as it can lead to further harm or distress for them. Instead of punishing harshly or excessively, we should focus on teaching them lessons so they can learn from their mistakes and become better people in the future.
