Peaceful Exchange of Land and Palm Trees

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) gave the people of Khaibar their land and palm trees in return for peace.

It was narrated that Anas bin Malik said: "When the Messenger of Allah gave Khaibar to its people in return of its palm trees and land.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ تَوْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَعْطَى خَيْبَرَ أَهْلَهَا عَلَى النِّصْفِ نَخْلُهَا وَأَرْضُهَا
