QUICK LESSONS:
Show mercy & kindness towards others; Be generous with resources; Conquer with compassion
EXPLANATIONS:
When the Prophet Muhammad conquered Khaibar, he showed great generosity and compassion to its people. Instead of taking all of their yield as a reward for his victory, he only asked for half. This shows that even in times of war and conquest, it is important to show mercy and kindness towards others. It also teaches us that we should be generous with our resources and not take more than what is necessary from others.
