Fast during special months like Muḥarrum .

This hadith, narrated by Abu Hurairah, speaks about the virtue of fasting in the month of Muharram. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was asked which fasting is better after Ramadan and he replied that it is the month of Allah which is called Muharram. This hadith teaches us that we should strive to fast during this blessed month as it has a great reward from Allah.
