EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ encouraged people to eat and drink during the days of Mina which are the 11th, 12th and 13th of Dhul Hijjah. This is an important part of Hajj as it is one of the rituals that Muslims must perform in order to complete their pilgrimage. It is also important for Muslims to remember that these days are special and should be celebrated with joy by eating and drinking. This hadith reminds us that we should take advantage of these special days by enjoying them with our families and friends while remembering Allah’s blessings on us. We should also remember that we should not overindulge in food or drink as this can lead to health problems or other issues such as intoxication which is forbidden in Islam.
