QUICK LESSONS:
Be mindful and aware when performing acts of worship.

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith states that fasting while travelling is not an act of righteousness. This means that it is not necessary to fast while travelling and it does not bring any reward from Allah. It is important to note that this does not mean fasting during travel is prohibited or discouraged; rather, it simply means that one will receive no reward for doing so. This hadith also teaches us the importance of being mindful of our actions and understanding the context in which they are performed. We should be aware of our environment and the circumstances we are in when performing acts of worship so as to ensure we are getting the most out of them.
