Delayed Visitation of the Sick

SUMMARY: The Prophet (PBUH) did not visit any sick person until after three days.

It was narrated that Anas bin Malik said: "The Prophet did not visit any sick person until after three days".
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَسْلَمَةُ بْنُ عُلَىٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ـ ـ لاَ يَعُودُ مَرِيضًا إِلاَّ بَعْدَ ثَلاَثٍ

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Anas bin Malik states that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ did not visit any sick person until after three days.
