QUICK LESSONS:
Make use of one's nights wisely; prioritize worship over leisure activities; strive towards spiritual growth through prayer and dhikr etc.

EXPLANATIONS:
According to a hadith narrated by 'Aishah, it is known that the beloved Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to sleep during the first part of the night and stay awake during its latter part. This is an example for us to follow in our own lives as well. We should strive to make use of our nights in worshiping Allah and seeking His pleasure. We can do this by sleeping early so that we can wake up for Tahajjud or Qiyam al-Layl prayers, which are highly recommended in Islam. Additionally, we should also try not to waste time on activities such as watching television or playing video games late at night when we could be using this time for more beneficial purposes such as reading Quran or engaging in dhikr instead.
