QUICK LESSONS:
Recite "Subhanallah" or "Glory be to Allah".

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught that men should recite the phrase “Subhanallah” or “Glory be to Allah” as a form of prayer known as tasbih. He also taught that women should express their joy and appreciation by clapping instead of saying tasbih. This hadith is an example of how the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) respected both genders equally and gave them different ways to express their faith in Allah. It also teaches us to appreciate the differences between men and women, while still treating them with respect and kindness.
