QUICK LESSONS:
Follow religious rituals while praying
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of following the rituals of prayer as taught by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It was narrated by Qabisah bin Hulb that his father said that when leading prayer, the Prophet ﷺ used to depart from both sides. This means that he would move away from his place of standing and go to either side before returning back to his original spot. This teaches us that we should follow all the rituals and practices related to prayer as taught by our beloved Prophet ﷺ, even if it may seem insignificant or small in comparison with other aspects of worship. We should strive to perform our prayers with utmost sincerity and devotion, following all its rules and regulations as prescribed by Allah SWT and His Messenger ﷺ.
