This hadith is about reciting certain verses from Quran during prayer. It was narrated by Jabir bin 'Abdullah that they used to recite a portion from Quran known as Fatihat al-Kitab or The Opening of the Book in two Rakahs or units during Zuhr and 'Asr prayers. This means that when praying these two prayers, one should recite this portion from Quran before starting any other supplications or duas.
