QUICK LESSONS:
Wait for coolness before praying zuhr prayer.

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad taught us that it is important to be mindful of our environment when we are praying. He advised us to wait until the heat of the day has cooled down before we pray our Zuhr prayer. This is because it can be difficult and uncomfortable to pray in extreme temperatures, and so waiting until it cools down will make it easier for us to focus on our prayers and connect with Allah more deeply. Additionally, this hadith teaches us that we should always strive to do things in moderation, as too much or too little can both have negative effects on our lives.
