This hadith speaks of an important lesson for all believers - that even if one has continuous bleeding, they should not give up on their prayers. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advised Fatimah bint Abi Hubaish to understand that this was due to a vein in her body rather than menstruation. He then instructed her to leave off prayer during the time of her period and take a bath afterwards in order to cleanse herself before performing prayer again. This hadith teaches us that we must never give up on our prayers no matter what physical condition we may be in, as long as we are able to perform ablution beforehand.
