QUICK LESSONS:
Perform ablutions before going to bed .

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Ali bin Abu Talib states that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advised to perform ablution before sleeping. This is because the eye is like a leather strap that ties up the anus, meaning it helps keep us from doing something wrong in our sleep. Performing ablution before sleep can help us stay away from any sin or bad deed while we are asleep and also help us wake up feeling refreshed and energized for the day ahead. It is important to remember that performing ablution does not only involve washing certain parts of our body but also involves having a pure intention and focusing on Allah's greatness while performing it. This hadith teaches us about the importance of cleanliness, purity, and staying away from sins even when we are asleep.
