EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks to the importance of having faith in Allah and performing good deeds. It teaches us that if we have fear of Allah, also known as taqwa, and do righteous acts, then our sins will be forgiven. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was speaking to Abdullah ibn Mas'ud when he said that he was among those who would be forgiven for their sins if they followed these two principles. This hadith encourages us to strive for righteousness in our lives so that we can receive the mercy and forgiveness from God Almighty. It also reminds us that even though we may make mistakes, it is never too late to turn back towards God's path with sincerity and repentance.
