QUICK LESSONS:
Have faith and be united even when facing difficult situations or battles .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about a comparison between two events that happened in Islamic history. The first event was the battle of Badr which took place during Prophet Muhammad's lifetime. It was a battle between Muslims and nonbelievers which resulted in victory for Muslims. The second event mentioned is related to Prophet Musa's time when he sent his companion, Thaluth, with an army to fight against Amaleeqhites who were oppressing people at that time. Both these events have something in common; they both involved 313 men as participants or companions respectively. This hadith teaches us that even though we may face difficult situations or battles, if we are united and have faith then Allah will help us achieve victory just like He did for His prophets before us.
