QUICK LESSONS:
Be mindful when praying and always remember to glorify Allah in our prayers no matter what time it is or how tired we may be feeling .

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Ibn Abbas states that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) would recite certain verses from the Quran during his Witr prayer. Al-Witr is a special prayer that is performed at night, usually after Isha prayers. It consists of an odd number of rak'ahs, which are units of Islamic prayer. In each rak'ah, the Prophet Muhammad would recite three specific verses from the Quran; “Glorify the Name of your Lord Most High”, “Say O you disbelievers!” and “Say Allah is One”. These verses emphasize on glorifying Allah and believing in His Oneness as well as rejecting disbelief and polytheism. This hadith teaches us to be mindful when we pray and to always remember to glorify Allah in our prayers no matter what time it is or how tired we may be feeling.
