QUICK LESSONS:
Be kind and respectful towards your fellow Muslims at all times.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the importance of treating fellow Muslims with respect and kindness. It is narrated by AbdurRahman ibn AbuLayla that the Companions of the Prophet were travelling together when one of them fell asleep. One of his companions took his rope and used it to scare him when he woke up. The Prophet then said that it was not lawful for a Muslim to frighten another Muslim in this way. This hadith teaches us that we should be kind and respectful towards our fellow Muslims at all times, even if we are joking or playing around with them. We should never do anything which could cause fear or distress to another person who follows Islam as this is against Islamic teachings.
