EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about fulfilling vows in Islam. A woman came to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and told him that she had taken a vow to play the tambourine over him and also perform a sacrifice at an area where people used to do so before Islam. The Prophet ﷺ asked if it was for an idol or image, but she replied no. He then instructed her to fulfill her vow as it was not related with any form of shirk or polytheism which is forbidden in Islam. This hadith teaches us that we should be honest and keep our promises even if they are small things like playing music or offering sacrifices as long as they are not related with any form of shirk or polytheism which is forbidden in Islam according to Quran and Sunnah teachings . We should also remember that Allah will reward us for keeping our promises even if they are small things like playing music or offering sacrifices .
