EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about fulfilling unfulfilled fasts. It was narrated by 'Aishah and it states that if someone dies before they have completed all of the fasts that were due from them, then their heir should complete those fasts on their behalf. This teaches us to be mindful of our obligations and to fulfill them even after death. It also shows us the importance of fulfilling our religious duties and how we can still do so even after death through our heirs.
