Be generous with your resources; Treat everyone equally regardless of their background or identity; Practice justice when dealing with others; Distribute resources fairly without discrimination .

This hadith narrated by Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin, speaks about the generosity and fairness of the Prophet. It is said that he was brought a pouch containing bead which he divided among free women and slave women. Similarly, Aisha's father also used to divide things between free men and slaves. This hadith teaches us that we should be generous with our resources as well as be fair in our distribution of them.
