Pray regularly , Speak positively

This hadith is about the power of prayer and how it can lead to forgiveness. It is narrated by Mu'adh ibn Anas al-Juhani who was a companion of the Prophet Muhammad. The hadith states that if someone sits in their place of prayer after finishing the dawn prayer until they pray two rak'ahs for the forenoon, and only speaks what is good, then all their sins will be forgiven even if they are more than the foam on the sea. This shows us how powerful prayer can be and how it can lead to forgiveness from Allah even when we have done wrong things. It also teaches us to speak only what is good as this will help us stay away from sinning and increase our chances for forgiveness when we do make mistakes.
