This hadith speaks of the preaching style of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. It is narrated by Jabir b. Samurah that the Messenger of Allah used to deliver his sermon while standing up, and then he would sit down before standing up again to preach some more. He also said that anyone who claims otherwise is lying, as he himself has offered more than two thousand prayers with the Prophet in this manner.
