QUICK LESSONS:
Concentrate while praying, Keep your hands at your sides or in front of you while praying

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that when we are praying, we should not put our hands on our waist. This is because it is a distraction from focusing on the prayer and can take away from its sincerity. We should instead keep our hands at our sides or in front of us as we pray. It is important to remember that prayer is an act of worship and devotion to Allah and so it should be done with full concentration and focus. We must also remember that even small details like this can make a difference in how sincere our prayers are accepted by Allah.
