Constantly Remembering Allah

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam) was constantly remembering Allah.

Narrated A'ishah: The Apostle of Allaah ( sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam ) used to remember Allaah, the Great and Majestic, at all moments.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، - يَعْنِي الْفَأْفَاءَ - عَنِ الْبَهِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ يَذْكُرُ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَلَى كُلِّ أَحْيَانِهِ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith tells us that the Prophet Muhammad was always mindful of Allah and remembered Him in all moments. He was devoted to worshipping and praising Him. This teaches us that we should also strive to remember Allah in our daily lives and be devoted to worshipping Him. We should make sure that we are constantly aware of His presence and take time out of our day to thank Him for all the blessings He has bestowed upon us. We should also strive to be more mindful of our actions so as not to displease Him or go against His teachings.
