QUICK LESSONS:
Dedicate your time for worshipping Allah and seek closeness with Him regardless any physical or mental limitations you may have .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the practice of I'tikaf, which is a spiritual retreat where a person secludes themselves from worldly activities and dedicates their time to worshiping Allah. In this hadith, it is mentioned that one of the wives of Prophet Muhammad practiced this while she was menstruating. This shows that even during times when women are not allowed to pray or perform certain religious duties due to their menstrual cycle, they can still practice spiritual retreats such as I'tikaf. It also teaches us that we should not let any physical or mental limitations stop us from performing our religious duties and seeking closeness with Allah.
