EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith warns us about the dangers of riba or usury. It tells us that in the future there will be no one left who does not consume riba and even those who do not consume it will still be affected by its residue. This means that even if someone does not directly partake in riba or usury they can still suffer from its effects. The Prophet Muhammad is warning his followers to stay away from this practice as it can have a negative impact on their lives and society as a whole. We should strive to live our lives according to Islamic principles and avoid any activities which are forbidden in Islam such as consuming riba or usury.
