This hadith is about the rules of hunting and eating game according to the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). In this hadith, Ash-Sha'bi narrated that he heard 'Adiyy bin Hatim say that he asked the Messenger of Allah about a type of hunting called Mirad. The Prophet replied that if a sharp point hits an animal while hunting then it can be eaten but if it is killed by a blow then it should not be eaten.
