QUICK LESSONS:
Take pre-dawn meal before praying, read Quran regularly
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of taking pre-dawn meal, known as suhur, before praying. It was narrated by Anas bin Malik that Zaid bin Thabit said that they took suhur with the Prophet ﷺ and then he stood for prayer. He asked what was the interval between suhoor and adhan, to which he replied that it was enough to recite fifty verses from Quran. This hadith teaches us how important it is to take suhoor before praying as it gives us enough time to recite some verses from Quran in order to prepare ourselves spiritually for prayer. It also teaches us how important it is to read Quran regularly so we can memorize more verses in order to use them during our prayers or any other situation where we need guidance from Allah SWT.
