Permissibility of Umrah

SUMMARY: Umrah is permissible.

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Prophet said: "Indeed 'Umra is permissible".
أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَكَّارِ بْنِ بِلاَلٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، - هُوَ ابْنُ بَشِيرٍ - عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِنَّ الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ
