The term 'Ihram' refers to the sacred state which Muslims enter when they are performing Hajj or Umrah. During this period, certain activities are prohibited and one of them is getting married, proposing marriage or arranging marriages for others. This hadith serves as an important reminder that even though we may be tempted to do something during this period, we must remember that Allah has set certain boundaries and limits which must be respected and followed at all times.
