SUMMARY: The Prophet forbade the Muhrim from getting married, arranging a marriage for anyone else, or proposing marriage.

It was narrated from Aban bin Uthamn, from his father: That the Prophet forbade the Muhrim to get married, arrange a marriage for anyone else, or propose marriage.

QUICK LESSONS:
Follow religious obligations faithfully

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us that it is forbidden for someone who is in a state of Ihram to get married, arrange a marriage for someone else, or propose marriage. Ihram is an important part of Hajj and Umrah and involves wearing two pieces of white cloth and abstaining from certain activities such as cutting nails or hair. During this period of time, it is not permissible to enter into any kind of marital contract. This hadith serves as an important reminder that we should be mindful of our religious obligations and follow them faithfully.
