This hadith is about offering a Hadi while in Ihram, which is an Islamic practice of entering into a state of holiness and purity for certain religious activities such as Hajj or Umrah. In this hadith, Ali was asked by the Prophet why he entered into this state of holiness and purity, to which Ali replied that it was for the same reason as the Prophet himself had done so. The Prophet then instructed him to offer a Hadi and remain in his state of holiness and purity.
