EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the importance of taking sahur, which is the pre-dawn meal before fasting in Ramadan. It was narrated by Abdullah and Ubaidullah bin Saeed that Prophet Muhammad said that taking sahur has a blessing in it. This means that there are many benefits to taking sahur, such as having energy throughout the day while fasting, being able to focus better on worshiping Allah during Ramadan, and having more strength for physical activities. Taking sahur also helps us to stay healthy by providing us with essential nutrients and vitamins needed for our bodies. Therefore, it is important for Muslims to take advantage of this blessed time by eating a nutritious meal before beginning their fast each day during Ramadan.
